RICS Home Condition Report

The Home Condition Report describes the condition of the property, identifies any risks and potential legal issues and highlights any urgent defects.

Typically, the lowest priced of the surveys, Home Condition Reports are aimed at conventional properties and newer homes to identify any issues .

RICS HomeBuyer Report (Survey and Valuation)

The RICS HomeBuyer Report includes all the features of the RICS Condition Report, plus a Market Valuation and Insurance Rebuild cost, if required.

The RICS Homebuyer Report uses simple ‘traffic light’ ratings to clearly identify the condition of key elements of the property.

Our Homebuyer reports also include advice on defects that may affect the value of the property with repairs and ongoing maintenance advice, allowing the buyer has a fully rounded look at the house before they agree on the purchase.

We also offer more detailed Condition Surveys for commercial and residential property.
